My sons are becoming young men. The days when I was home with little curls, fingers around mine, messy tables, and rainboots covered in mud - are behind me now. I will never feel the strange and wild movements of a child in my belly again. But our family changes, shifts into new patterns of affection and wonder.

Documenting families, in all their forms, is one of the loveliest and most honored places I can work within. Each session is tailored to who you are and how you want to be in the world. It is always such a privilege to witness, with the camera and heart, how humanity is oriented towards love.
